     Grilled Teriyaki pork tenderloin

Ingredients
3/4 cup honey mustard
3/4 cup teriyaki marinade
1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green onion, chopped
 

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine mustard and teriyaki marinade; pour 1 cup into a large resealable bag. Add the pork and garlic; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 6 hours turning periodically. also cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
Coat grill with cooking spray before stating grill. prepare grill for indirect heat. Drain and discard marinade from pork. Grill covered, over indirect medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160, basting with reserved marinade and turning occasionally. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with the green onion
