Ingredients
6lg8ozea. ripe avacados,seeded,peeled,and cut into chunks
3 limes,juiced
2 tsp salt
1 med onion, diced
2 lg ripe roma tomatoes,seeded and diced
2 medium fresh jalepeno peppers,seeded if desired and diced
2 cups mexican blend finely grated cheese or finely grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1 pint of sour cream
 
food coloring for team colors (optional)
colored torilla chips for dipping

Instructions
Mash avacados with lime jc. and salt in a lg bowl, until just creamy.Add diced onion,tomatoes jalapenos and cilantro and combine gently. stir in grated cheese. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt if desired.
In a 13X9glass dish,spread mixture evenly and smoothly. If using sour cream for team olors divide sour cream into three bowls. tint one portion with desired amount of coloring, repeat for second bowl, leave third bowl plain.to creat design on guacamole follow next procedure for the piping, using three seperate ziplock baggies.
place sour cream in a zipper bag and squeeze carefully to let all the air escape before sealing.Squeeze all the sour cream to one corner and snip a tiny hole in the bottom of that corner. use bag like a pastry bag to pipe design. use the plain white to pipe on the yard lines and the colered ones for like XXX's and ooo's X's are defense and O's are offense.
decorate with baby tomatoes, and tortilla chips.tuck a few chips in dish around edges.
