Note- This mixes up better if you only put 1/2
batch at a time in the Cuissinart. This recipe
makes a very large number of cookies.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until
light. Add flour and other ingredients. Roll and
cut and then sprinkle with colored sugar before
baking. Refrigerate dough before rolling.
