25 g (2 tbsp) custard powder (40g - for moulded pudding)
1/2 litre milk
3 heaped tbsp (50 g) sugar
1 tsp butter (for moulded pudding)
Instructions
Put custard powder in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup milk to make a smooth paste.
Boil the remaining milk with sugar.
Remove from heat, add the paste and cook again for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Let it cool.
Moulded Pudding -
Make custard as per recipe above.
Then, add butter,pour into a mould and leave to set.
