Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350F.
|
|
|
Beat eggs with an electric mixer. Add vanilla,
sugar, oil, and milk one at a time. Add flour and
baking powder and mix batter with a spatula.

Grease a baking dish and level batter. Sprinkle top
with crushed/chopped almonds and bake for 35-40
minutes until the top is golden brown.
