4 TBS Butter
2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 TBS Heavy Cream or Milk
1/2 or 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave
Sift 2 cups of powdered sugar into a medium size bowl. Add the melted butter to the powdered sugar
Add 2 tablespoons of Heavy Cream or Milk Add 1 tsp Vanilla
Beat until smooth and creamy, adding a little more milk if necessary.
