     Tarte au broccoli

Ingredients
pate feuillte
500g broccoli
100g of blue cheese (creamy)
2 eggs
200ml of creme fraiche
seasoning
 

Instructions
Cook florets of broc for 10 mins in a pot of water. Meanwhile pre-cook the pate for 5 mins or so. Drain the broccoli and roughly mash before adding the blue cheese, the eggs and creme fraiche. Season the mix and then pour into casing.. cook for about 10 mins..
Cook for about 10 mins..you need to survelle... julien's advice is just take it out when cooked....
