Instructions
Cook the pate for 5 mins or so then take out.
Etalez ensuite 2 grosses cuillers à soupe de moutarde. Disposez ensuite les tomates coupées en rondelles. Saupoudrez une cuiller à café d’herbes de Provence et arrosez d’un cuiller à soupe d’huile d’olive. Faire cuir approx 10mins. watch closely
Pour terminez saupoudrez du mélange parmesan mozzarella and let melt before taking out and serving.
To change things then you can add some tuna or also towards the end of the cooking you can add some anchovies and some greyere cheese... you don't need many anchovies
