     Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients
4 medium sized minute steaks
3 c all-purpose flour
5 Tblsps seasoned salt
3 Tblsps garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
cooking oil
 

Instructions
In a medium bowl mix flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Sprinkle a little pepper on each steak. (No salt because flour mixture has enough salt) Roll or shake the minute steaks in mix and place on a platter. Dip each steak into eggs, and then again in the flour mixture. Place back on platter and let sit for about 5-10 minutes to rest.
Heat oil in large non stick skillet. Place steaks in hot pan and oil carefully. Let cook about 5-7 minutes until golden brown, and flip over. Let steak cook an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Place steaks on paper towel lined platter and rest for about 10 minutes and serve. Serve covered with white flour gravy.
