In a medium bowl mix flour, seasoned salt, garlic
powder, salt and pepper together. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Sprinkle a little pepper on each
steak. (No salt because flour mixture has enough
salt) Roll or shake the minute steaks in mix and
place on a platter. Dip each steak into eggs, and
then again in the flour mixture. Place back on
platter and let sit for about 5-10 minutes to
rest.
