     Chicken-Fried Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Cube Steak
2 Eggs
2 T. Milk
1 Cup Cracker Crumbs
Oil
Salt and Pepper
 

Instructions
Dip steak into egg mixed with milk, then into crumbs. Depending on how much meat you cook, you might have to use more eggs with milk mixture and more cracker crumbs. Brown on both sides in hot oil (about 1-2 minutes on each side in medium high to high setting in electric fry pan). Remove to plate and continue to brown other pieces of meat likewise until all have been browned. Lower heat to low setting. Season meat with salt and pepper and layer all pieces again into pan. Let cook for 45 to 60 minutes.
