In a glass dish mix honey, soy, vinegar, ginger, garlic and olive oil
season fish with salt and pepper and place into the glass dish with the mixture from step 1
marinate 20 mins in the fridge for 20 mins.
heat vegetable oil in large skillet and fry fish 4-6 min each side turning only one time. after the fish is cooked take the marinade and pour into the same skillet and cook until it becomes a glaze (low heat.) Then put the glaze over the fish.
