     SAUSGAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 lb. Italian pork sausage
4 1/2 C. cubed day old bread
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs beatened
4 C. milk
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 .c. sliced mushroom (opt)
1/2 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes (opt)
 

Instructions
Brown sausage and drain Crumble in small pieces.
Place bread in buttered 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk, mustard & seasoning. Pour evenly over bread & cheese. Sprinkle sausage, mushroom & tomatoes.
Bake uncovered @ 325 oven for 1 hour
(This recipe can be prepared the day before and stored covered in frig.)
