OPTIONAL VEGETABLE CHOICES- Snow Peas, Carrots, Asparagus, Cilantro, Water Chestnuts
Cook pasta, drain. Lightly toss in extra Sesame Oil.
Make dressing. Mix oils, vinegar, soy sauce and handful of sliced
scallions. Whisk together to blend. Pour some of dressing over
pasta and chicken to coat. Add vegetables, 1-2 T sesame seeds,
handful of green onions (leave just enough for garnish). Toss
together to blend flavors. Add almonds right before serving.
Garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
Try THAI style- Carrots, cilantro, water chestnuts (& green onions). Subsitute peanuts for almonds. Add 1 T peanut butter to dressing.
