Spray slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray.
|

|
|
In the cooker mix together baste & glaze and the pineapple.
|
|
|
|
Remove all the visible fat from the beef. Saturate the meat in the mixture.
|
|
|
|
Cook on low for 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours.
