2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter chilled and diced
1/2 cup ice water

In food processor or large bowl combine flour and salt. add butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. add water a tablespoon at a time until mixture forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 4 hrs or overnight.
Divide in half, roll dough out to fit a 9inch pie plate. place crust in pie plate.
