Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound chicken breasts flat (place inside plastic bags to pound flat). Place 2-3 slices of ham and slice of swiss cheese inside breast. Roll up chicken trying to seal in as much of meat and cheese as possible. Secure edges with toothpicks as needed.
Put corn flakes in large plastic ziplock bag. Use rolling pin to roll or mallet to crush the flakes. (Can also use a food processor to do this) Mix in some paprika.
Coat the chicken in flour, then dip in milk, then coat in cornflake mixture. Place on cookie sheet/baking pan and bake for about 45-60 minutes until chicken fully cooked.
