     BUBBLE BREAD

Ingredients
2 loaves bread dough
1 c either brown or white sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick margarine (melted)
 

Instructions
Kneed dough lightly. Roll into balls the size of walnut. Coombine sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in margarine, then sugar mixture. Place in oblong cake or tube pan; let rise until double (1 1/2 hours). Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.
