Sprinkle each side of steak with about 1 tsp of flour; turn several times; so flour is completely moistened with pan juices. Add green onions. lemon juice, wine, poultry seasoning and parsley. Cook the steak, turning frequently, only until rare to meduim (pink) inside. Remove to warm serving platter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Continue simmering the sauce until thickened.
