     Grandmother Nancy's Pancakes

Ingredients
2 C. Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Soda
1 T Sugar
2 Eggs
2 C. Buttermilk
2 T Oil
 
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix all Wet ingredients.
Add the Wet to Dry-Dough might be Lumpy and Thick.
Cook on a griddle until done.
Serving Suggestions
Enough for 4 people.
