     Chinese Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 pkg. almond slivers
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 garlic, minced
3 tbsp. oil
1 package Mr. Noodles Oriental, crushed
 

Instructions
Boil oil, sugar, soya sauce & cider vinegar for 2 minutes and refrigerate when cool. Brown crushed Mr. Noodles, almonds & garlic. Add sesame seeds and seasoning package and remove from heat. Spread mixture on layers of paper towel to drain. Leave at room temperature uncovered until ready to use. Use either romaine or bok choy.
