     Apple Crisp - Lighten Up Recipe

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbs. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
 

Instructions
Pre-heat over to 375. Coat 1 1/2 qt baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine apples and 2 Tbs. water. Add 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Transfer to baking dish.
Combine oats with remaining sugar, flour and cinnamon; with fingers, blend in spread until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
