1 cup diced cooked sweet potato or butternut squash
1/3 cup Brazil nuts, almonds, pecans or cashews
1/3 cup water
1/2 t. vanilla (optional)
Instructions
Put hot or cold grains or vegetables in a bowl. Grind nuts to a fine
meal in a blender or food processor. Add water,vanilla, and 2-4
tablespoons of the grain. Blend until smooth.
