PLACE chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness, using meat mallet or rolling pin. Cut lengthwise into 1 inch strips.
MIX picante sauce, oil, lime juice, garlic powder and cumin. Add chicken and toss to coat.
THREAD chicken accordion-style on 8 skewers. Grill 10 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante sauce mixture.
