1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar or (splenda)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or (almond, coconut, orange)
Fresh fruit (blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, or (any other fruit you like)
1/2 cup orange, peach, or apricot preserves, or (any other you like)
1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Spred cookie dough on a round pizza pan. Bake 12 minutes or until light brown.
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar or (slenda), vanilla or (other flavoring).
Spread over cooled cookie. Layer your fruit over the cream cheese.
In a small saucepan heat preserves and water. Brush glaze over fruit making sure to cover fruit that will turn brown. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
