     Mexican Ranchero Chili

Ingredients
1 Bag (8 lbs.) Seasoned Beef Tips
12 oz. Frozen Corn
2 16oz cans of Pinto Beans ( drained )
2 15oz. cans of Black Beans ( drained)
4 cups of salsa
3 tbsp Chili POwer
1 tbsp Cumin
2 tsp Garlic Powder
3 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese ( for topping)
 

Instructions
Heat season beef tips according to directions.
Add remaining ingrediants to the beef tips (expect cheese). Stir gently.
Heat mixture uncovered, in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve toppped with shredded cheese.
