     French Chicken

Ingredients
Bone 4-6 Chicken Breasts
1 can of Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup
2-3 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 Stick Oleo
1 (8 to 16oz) Sour Cream (to your taste)
1 Long pkg Ritz
1/2 C Water over Rice in Bottom
 

Instructions
Debone Chicken; spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pyrex (either over rice or first Chicken). Mix Soup, Sour Cream and Seeds and spread over top; crush Ritz Crackers and cover completely with soup mixture. Pour melted Oleo over crumbs. Bake 350 degrees 45-50 minutes until brown and bubbling.
