     Cheese Cake

Ingredients
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Stick Butter
2 tbsp Sugar
4 (8oz.) Cream Cheeze
1 1/3 Cups Sugar
2 tbsp Cornstarch
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Lemon Juice
 
1 Cup Sour Cream (8 oz serving)
3 Eggs
Springform Cheeze Cake Pan
Preheat Over 325 Degrees

Instructions
Preheat at 325 Line outside of springform pan with foil to prevent water seepage. Melt butter and mix with crumbs and sugar and press to sides and bottom of pan. Chill in fridge.
Beat cream cheese on medium until fluffy. Add sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon juice and beat until combined. Add eggs one at a time on low until mixed. Stir in sour cream. Pour into pan and place pan into a water bath (3/4 – 1 inch of water) into the oven.
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and leave until oven cools. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
