     Country Fried Chicken

Ingredients
one can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
two lb. chicken parts
2 tbsp. shortening
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
one cup sliced carrots
chopped parsley
 

Instructions
In skillet, brown chicken in shortening. Pour off fat. Stir in coup, seasoning and carrots. Cover; cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until tender. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 servings. Serve on large platter.
