     Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1 Loaf / stick of thin French bread sliced and cut in 1 inch cubes
1 Stick of Melted Butter
8 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Sauce for Bread Pudding
1 Box Powdered Sugar
 
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp or more Rum
1 1/2 Stick Melted Butter
Milk (Added to Make Sauce Thin)

Instructions
BREAD PUDDING Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour in glass pan and place in oven. Cook at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until firm.
SAUCE FOR BREAD PUDDING Mix suger, vanilla, rum, and melted butter well. Add milk as needed and serve over hot bread pudding.
