Add sifted flour mixture to beaten mixture,
beat until mixed. Drop by small teaspoon size on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for
8 minutes.
Take from oven and put half marshmallow cut side
down on cookie. Bake 1-2 minutes longer.
Spread with frosting
