Melt choclate chips and shortening until just soft. Dip cherries by stem in choclate.
Stick choclate cherry to bottome of choclate kiss. Stand almonds inbetweem for ears.
Dot with Red Gel for eyes.
If you have any choclate mixture left, add pecans, dry roasted nuts, or cashews and spread on wax paper to cool then break apart into pieces for choclate bark.
