Ingredients
1 C celery cut
1 C carrots cut
1 C corn
1 C chopped onion
6 Red Potatoes
1/8 C cilantro copped
6 T butter
6 T flour
3 C milk
 
Instructions
Cut and boil celery, carrots, onion, and potatoes till soft. Melt butter and mix with flour and milk. Combine all ingredients and heat.
