Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Lay tilapia filets in pan and set aside.

Mix 1/2 cup Parmesean cheese, 1 Tbs parseley and Alfredo Sauce in a small bowl. Mix well. Brush 1/2 cup of mixture onto filets.

In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup parmesean cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle mixture onto fish filets. Bake on top shelf of oven for 15 - 20 minutes until crust is slightly browned.

|
Add milk and Basil to remaining Alfreo mixture and heat over medium heat until sauce is simmering, stirring often. Toss alfredo sauce and linguini together and serve with tilapia filets.
