     Coconut Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Crisco
2 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 1/2 cups Angel Flake coconut
 
Instructions
Cream Crisco and sugar. Then add the milk. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift dry ingredients then add to mixture.
Add Flavoring and Coconut last.
Grease and four 2 large or 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done. ENJOY!!!
