     Dijon Chicken and Mushroms

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts
Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp Butter
1 lb. Finely Chopped Mushrooms
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 Tomato Diced
 
1/4 Cup Frozen Corn (thawed)
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese (Jack or Cheddar)

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in butter until just brown. Rremove chicken and set aside.
Add mushrooms and saute til tender. Whisk in soup, stock, and mustards and bring to simmer.
Return chicken to pan and cook in sauce on low for about 10 mins.
Sprinkle with tomato and cheese when plated.
