Preheat oven to 350 F. Rinse pork chops, pat dry and season with garlic powder and seasoned salt to taste. Place beaten eggs in small bowl. Dredge the chops lightly in flour, dip in egg and coat liberally with crumbs.
Heat the oil in medium skillet over med-high heat, fry chops 5 minutes per side-until breading browns. Transfer chops to 9x13 dish; cover with foil. Bake in pre-heated oven for 1 hour.
While baking, combine soup and milk in medium bowl. After chops have cooked for 1 hour, cover with soup mixture. Replace foil. bake 30 minutes.
