     Pumpkin Bread

3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon (I also use 1/2 tsp mace)
1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 1/2 cups total condiments, raisons, or craisons, nuts - pecans or walnuts

Cream sugar and oil, add 4 beaten eggs.
Sift or blend flour and all other dry ingredients.
Mix with sugar and egg mixture. Add pumpkin, nuts, raisons or any condiment desired. No more than 1 1/2 cup total or cake will overflow.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hour in greased and floured tube, or Bundt pan. Dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
