     chocolate dipped Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
heaping 3/4 cup splenda (sugar)
3 egg whites stirred
12 oz sweetened flaked (not shredded) coconut
4 oz chocolate chips
 
Instructions
350 oven. mix togetrh all ingredents by hand. Tablespoon Macaroons onto parchment paer lines cookie sheet. Cook 12-15 minutes
melt chocolate. Dip cooled macaroons on choclate. rplace on parchement paper. Allow to cool.
