     Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 onion, chopped finely
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 teaspoon salt
3 beaten eggs
Grated cheese
 

Instructions
Mix eggs, sour cream, corn, seasoning and butter.
Add cornbread mix and mix well.
Place in a well-greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Immediately top with grated cheese.
