Pre-heat oven 350deg.
Split the English muffing into to halves.
In a small bowl mix the sauce, cheese and spices together (if using fat free cheese mixing with sauce is the best option, if left on top the cheese will just become a solid peice that will come off on your first bite)

After everything is well mixed, then evenly distribute the topping accross both halves of the English Muffin.
Top with an additional 1 tsp Parm. Cheese
I recommend cooking the pizza 30-40 sec in microwave to melt the cheese a little
Finally place the two halves into the oven, on tin foil for softer crust or directly on rack for a more crisp muffin, and let sit for 8 min

* Just like any pizza you have the option to experiment! Red onion, Chicken brest chunks, Turkey Pepperoni's are all great in additional to your traditional pizza.

This pizza is low fat coming to a total of 3.5 points (weightwatchers system) with no additional toppings.
7 Turkey pepperoni's + 1pt
1oz chicken brest cubes +1pt
1oz Extra lean beef +1pt
