Mix flour, water, pecans, and oleo together. Using this mixture make the crust and pat into 9x13 pan which has been sprayed with PAM. Cook 350 degrees 10-15 minutes. Cool. Mix cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar blend well; spread over crust. Crust must be cool first!
