Sauce-

3 fresh tomatoes

1 can of stewed tomatoes

1 can beef broth

Optional- carrots, potatoes

Instructions |

Combine beef, egg, rice, onion, garlic, salt and mix and roll into balls.
|
|

Sauce- Brown in pot tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt, stewed tomatoes and bring to a boil.
|
|
|
|
Add meetballs, broth and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, if liquid goes down ok to add water.

Add cheese, sour cream and eat with tortilla chips if you like.
