     Nacho Casserole

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasonings
1 can kidney beans
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 bag of corn chips
 
1/2 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup scallions
sour cream
Instructions
Brown meat with onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add taco sauce and seasoning. Rinse beans. Toss with 1 cup cheese. Grease shallow 2 qt pan.
Layer with chips, meat and bean mixture. Drizzle taco sauce and scallions. Top with cheese. Bake 375 F for 25 minutes. Top with sour cream.
