Instructions
Cut butter into flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Mix egg, vanilla, and whipping cream and add to butter mixture. Then kneed remaining ingredients into your dough.
Pat out dough to ½ inch thick and cut with small biscuit cutter. Cook on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 min at 375°.
