Mix above and put in pie shell. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 min. Drizzle 3 Tbsp of Bourbon over hot pie. Cool for 10 minutes.
Chocolate Sauce- In sauce pan, scald & remove film 1/2 C Heavy Cream. Pour over 3/4 C Semi sweet Chocolate Chips and stir until melted. Spread evenly over pie. Let set for 10 minutes.
