     Cherry Berries On a Cloud

Ingredients
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream tartar
1-3/4 C Sugar
1(8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
1 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Whipped Cream
2 C miniature Marshmallows
1 can Cherry Pie filling
 
1 lb frozen Strawberries
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
Beat 6 egg whites and 1/2 tsp cream tartar until frothy. Add 1-3/4 C Sugar, beating about 15 minutes and spread in greased 13x9 dish. Bake 60 minutes at 275 degrees and leave in oven overnight or at least 12 hours.
Mix 1-8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, 1 C Sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla Fold in 2 C Whipped Cream (I used Cool Whip Lite) and 2 C miniature Marshmallows. Spread over meringue and refrigerate 12 hrs. Combine 1 can Cherry Pie filling and 1 lb frozen Strawberries (I used 2-10 oz. pkg frozen mixed berries) thawed and 1 tsp Lemon Juice. Spoon on top as served.
