Preheat oven to 375. Grease 15 x 10 jelly roll paon.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, both sugars, and vanilla in mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan, Cut into bars.
