6 C Flour (I use 3 C Bread Flour and 3 C Wheat Flour)
1/2 C Sugar
1 C Starter
1 Tsp Salt
1-1/2 C Warm Water
1/2 C Oil

Every 3-10 days, mix and stir the following. Add to 1 C Starter (NEVER stir Starter). Cover loosely and let stand 8-12 hours after feeding. After and between feedings keep 1 C Starter in frig loosely covered. 3/4 C Sugar, 3 Tbsp Instant Potato Flakes, 1 C Warm Water.
Mix well and turn into a well greased bowl. Let rise 8-12 hours. Knead lightly and divide into loaves. Let rise again 8-12 hours. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
