Rub seasoning salt into filets. Sear fish on both sides in olive oil, turn heat down and cook until fish is done. In the meantime, cut avocado into small chunks (don't mash it like guacamole - just cut it up). Add lime juice, Rotel, salt and stir. When fish is done, scoop the avocado mix on top and squeeze more lime over all of it if you want.
