     Yeast Rolls

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2 cups lukewarm water
5 tsp Granular yeast
3/4 C Sugar
1/2 C oil
4 tsp salt
2 eggs

Instructions
Dissolve yeast in luke warm water. Combine and add water mixture to sugar, oil, salt, and eggs.
Add 3 cups Better for Bread flour (not sifted but not packed hard) and mix with dough hooks (or beaters) until well blended and then add 3 more cups flour and use dough hooks or stir with spoon until well blended. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let double. (I use the oven with the light on.) Takes about 1-1/2 hours. Punch down and turn onto a floured surface and pat to about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and put in greased pan. Spray with butter Pam. Let rise again (about 1 hour) and cook at 400° till slightly brown. Spray with Pam again and enjoy! Makes about 32. (With the little scraps, I put them in a little loaf pan, greased, and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and butter. Easy cinnamon rolls for the kids.)
